Year 3

Master's 1

I.T. forms part of every area of professional activity in which former Polytechnique students are involved: from company management to carrying out research projects and developing industrial products, they will have to use I.T. tools and design new ones.

The third and fourth year courses in the École Polytechnique I.T. department - Master's level - aim to help students acquire the knowledge they need to understand the technological changes taking place in the vast area of Information and Communication Science and Technology that forms the environment in which engineers, civil servants and researchers work today.

The third year is organised into four themed programs that cover most of the key areas of modern I.T. The aim of this year is help students acquire the basics of the discipline and to begin a specialisation that will continue into the fourth year.

  1. Advanced Program  "I.T."
  2. Advanced Program  "Comasic"
  3. Advanced Program "Electrical Engineering" (PHY and INF)
  4. Advanced Program  "BioInformatics" (BIO and INF)
