Recrutements DIX 2010
École Polytechnique is opening up five new I.T. teaching posts in 2010, as follows:
- One full time Professor
- One part-time Senior Lecturer
- One part-time resident Senior Lecturer for the complex industrial systems engineering chair
- Two part-time Lecturers
The Professor and Senior Lecturer positions are recruited at HDR level and the Lecturer positions at thesis level and beyond.
The part-time positions are for applicants who already hold a position in a public establishment or company. International experience is desirable.
Gross annual salaries are from 50 to 80,000 € for full-time Professors, 12 to 14,000 € for part-time Senior Lecturers and 8 to 12,000 € for part-time Lecturers.
The Department's main criterion will be the quality of the applications (and of the educational plan in the case of an application for the position of Professor). A command of the French language is not a pre-requisite for recruitment.
